Pima County Victim Restitution Assistance Project (PC-VRAP)

This program is FREE and aims to assist as many community members as possible.


How It Works

Pima County Juvenile Court orders you or a loved one to pay a victim restitution order.

If you or a loved one are unable to pay a Juvenile Court restitution order, fill out a relief assistance application below.

Once an application is submitted, please allow Tucson Bail Fund 3-5 business days to begin processing your request. A valid email is required so that TBF can follow up on all submitted applications.


Who Qualifies

If applicant is under 18

  • Applicant must have an outstanding Pima County Restitution Order through the Pima County Juvenile Court
  • Applicant cannot have outstanding delinquency petitions

If applicant is 18+

  • Applicant must have an outstanding Pima County Restitution Order through the Pima County Juvenile Court
  • Due to state law requirements for juvenile record destruction, applicants over the age of 18 can have no felony convictions
  • Applicant cannot have outstanding delinquency petitions

The Pima County Juvenile Victim’s Restitution Assistance Project (PC-VRAP) is a pilot program that aims to help both minors and adults who are unable to pay standing restitution orders issued in Pima County Juvenile Court. PC-VRAP is operated by Public Defense Services (PDS) in partnership with the Tucson Bail Fund (TBF). This program is funded by a grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
